Problem Downloading Voicemails

When I try, I get this message:

Error!
Can't find the voicemail.

I've seen this too. Not sure how far back the voicemails are stored. I've got a feeling that when that harddrive crash, stuff like that might have been lost, but that's an unverified guess on my part.
